For the ubuntu-advantage-tools SRU: This is a change that should affect questing only - it's listed in the changelog for the backports, but I'm not adding the template here as it targets many packages. Regression risks are explained in the SRU bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-advantage- tools/+bug/2125453) and the patch will be subject to the regular test suite.
