Just to add I also tried installing this new test ubuntu-fonts set: https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/ubuntu-font-update-available-for- testing/34676
But it hasn't helped. It does appear to just be the tracking (or horizontal font spacing) that's causing the problem and causing text to now overflow and not fit. With further testing, the vertical spacing all seems to be the same as it was before. Also Scribus still reports Ghostscript as 9.56.1 on the About window, same as it did before back on Jammy. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Edubuntu Bugsquad, which is subscribed to scribus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2014956 Title: Ubuntu 22.10 Scribus 1.5.8 package overflows text causing document layouts to not match previous versions To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/scribus/+bug/2014956/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~edubuntu-bugs Post to : edubuntu-bugs@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~edubuntu-bugs More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
