Same problem on Ubuntu 17.10 (and already 17.04). Since the original bug
report, unrar (free) has been renamed as unrar-free and unrar-nonfree is
now unrar. None include libunrar.so. The lib isn't packaged
independantly either.

As the unrar-nonfree is tagged as "fix released", I assume it's a
regression?
