This new fail is due to libfreehep-graphicsio-emf-java, which misses a few files in Ubuntu. It was not triggered in my Debian, because the Debian package was compiled some times ago and with a different version of javahelper, that added those two files. I just uploaded to Debian a new version, which should fix the problem in Ubuntu (source package is freehep-graphicsio-emf).
