I'm the maintainer of geogebra in Debian. I uploaded new upstream
version 4.0 to Debian and it just passed to testing. Please sync it in
Ubuntu, since the previous version 3.2 isn't supported anymore by
upstream.
The geogebra package carries no Ubuntu modifications.
