You should be able to get the numbers and reasons from their testing. If a certain measurement is close to failing, then it's possible that a subsequent test may fail. I try to exceed some of their specs. Ex. If they want a 1/4" quiet zone, I try to make it bigger. If they want a barcode that is 1/2" high, I make it slightly bigger. Personally, the only problems I have had with labels is due to incorrect data, like forgetting the UCC-128 '/81' code. I usually use Label Matrix to generate the labels, so I assume that the barcodes are correctly formed.. Once GXS failed a label that I had resubmitted because they checked the failed label instead of the new label.
