I don't, but you do have another problem. If you keep identical ISA records, the ISA control numbers will be the same across multiple files. This is likely to present a problem to any partner that validates the ISA control number - normally done to prevent accidentally processing the same file multiple times.
I might suggest a slightly different approach if you really want one ISA per document. Do the splitting *before* handing the data off to your translator. Hand the translator one document at a time and it should hand you back one ISA/document at a time. Then you don't have to worry about all the artificial post-EDI splitting.
