Michael--Thank you so much for that post! I have thought the exact same thing every week when someone posts to the group asking for contact information.
My thought process has been exactly the same--either you have a relationship with this other company or you don't! In the EDI field, we simply put together some technical mumbo-jumbo to make business work between two companies who have already had a "relationship" established somewhere in the upper eschelons above us.
