Hello, May be you are not expecting this answer ..but for us it works only when status is production. Sometimes with these tools we just need to to know how to make them work instead of thinking how they work..Most of the times we just get the response from support saying - upgrade the version , apply patch or its a bug/defect ..And after applying patch issue still persists..great!
