I would defer to one of our sales guys for the definitive answer to that since it's a bit beyond my expertise, but BizLink and similar products are more generally aimed at EDI and similar operations where the routing and disposition of the payload is specified within the payload (ISA and GS in X12 interchanges, for example). Managed file transfer is generally more about moving around unstructured payloads like Word documents, images, and business file formats without any routing information associated.
At one time Inovis was bulding MFT capabilities into BizLink and I believe there's still an ad hoc MFT capability. I'm not sure of the product direction after the GXS merger.
