Due to growth a DCS customer will bring its EDI function in-house. To do so expertise with the Blue Cherry ERP system EDI/E-C gateway is needed. Specifically, the customer needs on-site training for several days and then support on an as needed basis.
DCS seeks a Blue Cherry Specialist with two years of full-time experience with its gateway. Training will cover these topics and more: Set customers within Blue Cherry, example permit 810's for customer A Set the business rules for a document, example ignore prices sent by B Add address table cross reference for the Address table Create cross check between order table and shipper table Populate look-ups for prices, part-numbers, and other data Import/export process, including errors and corrections Cut-over to production status Daily operations, including errors and corrections This training will occur on the development/test instance. The EDI system is TIE and the AS2 utility is Cleo. Experience with these is not necessary. This is a contract (1099), part-time, temporary position. If you are employed and can take personal time in June to provide this training, the schedule can be adjusted to fit your calendar. Additional Information 1. You must have experience with mass merchants and departments stores such as JCPenney and Macy's. 2. May answer technical questions for management regarding trading partner issues. 3. DCS, TIE, and Cleo technical expertise will be available to you 4. Rate: $95 hourly paid bi-weekly. (Travel time is not paid.) 5. Travel Expenses: Airfare plus $150 daily per diem. 6.
