Ryan, Why is your sales rep dealing with vendors? Shouldn't they be selling to customers? Have you tried googling? Have you tried explaining to the people at the 800 number that you are the customer and they are the vendor and perhaps they can refer you to a different department, one that is interested in selling whatever it is they sell? Have you mentioned this problem to whoever gave you this number?

We were given 1-800-616-4665 by our sales rep but when we call that number they will not answer any questions without us giving them an account number. We have not setup an account with them because we need to verify their EDI support before we bring them on as a vender. All we get from sales is "Unfortunately without an Ingram account our EDI department cannot assist" I find it a bit nuts.
