Christina,
Some of the guys are joshing you, but it's true, there really isn't an answer
to
this, although I'm sure you've also received several sales pitches off list.
Negotiate your best deal by contacting several vendors and knowing your
priorities. Almost every VAN will be able to offer you the same services, so
what you're looking for is quality, uptime, duration and frequency of
"unanticipated outages", customer service and "guarantees" for all of the
preceding often known as SLAs or Service Level Agreements.

You get what you pay for is as true today as it ever was. So, know what you're
buying.
Good Luck,
Leah

Subject: [EDI-L] General Van question

Hi
I have a general question...how much are you being charged for VAN data
exchange
per kilo character? And what is your average monthly usage?

Thanks
christina
