We are looking for an experienced leader to grow our work at the intersection of science, policy, and the environment. COMPASS is searching for someone who can build on our past successes and grow our efforts to bring science and scientists to decision-making tables across multiple scales (from local to federal) on topics spanning ocean, land, and water. A strategic thinker and skilled communicator, this person will lead the development of program strategies, oversee their implementation, and help raise funds to support our work.
