Enhancing Linkages Between Math and Ecology (ELME)

Kellogg Biological Station offers three week-long summer courses that
combine lectures, hands-on computer activities in R, literature
discussions, and group projects, emphasizing applications of quantitative
techniques to ecology and evolution. This year, we have:

July 9-13: Introduction to Theoretical Ecology – Populations and Species
Interactions (Dr. Chad Brassil, U. of Nebraska-Lincoln)
July 16-20: Bayesian Models in Ecology (Dr. Inés Ibáñez, U. of Michigan)
July 23-27: Structured Demographic Models for Population, Community, and
Evolutionary Ecology (Dr. Thomas [TEX] Miller, Rice U.)
