Fellow ecologists, The environment in which we work each day greatly affects our mental and physical health, level of creativity, and productivity. Common problems in academia related to abuses of power and sexual harassment can negatively affect these aspects of our workplaces.
We* invite you to participate in our workshop at ESA, where we will address and discuss these issues, provide some solutions, and initiate an inter-institutional network of people working toward making academia more powerful and inclusive.
