The School of Forest Resources and Conservation seeks a lecturer with expertise in undergraduate teaching, spatial information, and forests. This is a 12-month, 0.75-FTE, non-tenure-accruing position that will be 100% teaching. Duties will include (1) teaching two undergraduate courses (*Forest Resource Information Systems* and *Urban Forestry*), (2) supporting other faculty in the delivery of coursework, such as in plant community identification, resource quantification/characterization, forest ecology and similar courses; and (3) supporting the management of the University of Florida’s experimental forest (Austin Cary Forest) through maintenance of the existing Geographic Information System (GIS).
