Have you tried any of the citizen science platforms? Zooniverse / Citizen Science Alliance <http://www.citizensciencealliance.org/> have options to build a custom data collection forms if you look at their policies <https://www.zooniverse.org/lab-policies> you can limit the URL to your group....iNaturalist could be an option, but not as many options for project building.
