"A research-intensive field course, taking place in Namibia, is
offered through UC Riverside this August. This three-week course
challenges students to learn field techniques, organismal biology,
and biomechanics while studying at the Gobabeb Research and Training
Centre in Namibia. Students will earn 8 units of upper-division
biology research credit from UCR while completing independent
research under the direction of Dr. Tim Higham
