We encourage you and your colleagues to take advantage of two new ways to learn 
more about the 2016 Gulf Research Program Early-Career Research Fellowships and

early-career researchers and professionals in the social and behavioral 
sciences, health and medicine, engineering, earth and life sciences, and 
relevant interdisciplinary fields.

First, we invite you to watch our fellowship tutorial videos, which provide an

application process.

Second, we welcome you to attend one of our informal Q&A sessions with 2015 
Gulf Research Program fellows and 
staff<http://www.nas.edu/gulf/events/index.html> at the 2016 Gulf of Mexico Oil 
Spill & Ecosystem Science Conference in Tampa this February. The sessions will 
take place at the Gulf Research Program's conference booth in the Grand 
Ballroom Foyer at the Tampa Marriott Waterside.

*        Early-Career Research Fellows Q&A session: Thurs., Feb. 4, 10-10:30am

Applications for both fellowships are due on February 17, 2016 at 11:59pm ET.
