PhD positions are available in the Butterfield Lab at Northern Arizona
University. Areas of research include, but are not limited to:

- Community Ecology
- Plant Functional Ecology
- Restoration Ecology
- Biodiversity – Ecosystem Functioning

Expected qualifications include a master’s degree, or a bachelor’s degree
with extensive research experience. A number of funding opportunities,
including university fellowships and USGS scholarships, are available
depending upon qualifications and time since graduation. For more
