Student Scholarships Are Still Available for the 2015 Natural Areas
Conference Applications are due by September 15th. Please share this: with

The Natural Areas Association (NAA) is pleased to offer a limited number of
student scholarships <http://naturalareasconference.org/students>  for the
2015  <http://naturalareasconference.org/> Natural Areas Conference. The
conference, hosted by the Natural Areas Association, will be held in Little
Rock, Arkansas, November 3-5, 2015. 

Student scholarships will cover the full amount of the student's conference
registration fee, plus lodging. Travel expenses will be considered based on
an applicant's needs. Any other fees, travel, per diem costs and expenses
are the responsibility of the conference participant.

Who Is Eligible?

Full-time students attending accredited institutions and majoring in an
applicable field such as: natural resource management, biology, ecology,
botany, or related subjects are eligible to apply

student member to be eligible for the scholarship. Not a member?
<http://naturalareasconference.org/naa-membership-payments> Join today. Your
membership runs for a full year and includes an annual subscription to the
Natural Areas Journal. Students who attend the conference will receive two
years' membership for the price of one ($35). NAA student chapter members
are strongly encouraged to apply.

Scholarships will be awarded on a competitive basis. For more information,

REMEMBER: The deadline for applications is September 15, 2015. All
scholarship recipients will be notified by September 30, 2015.

The Natural Areas Association encourages as many students as possible to
attend this conference. Help us spread the word by sharing this with your
university, students and faculty. NAA is offering a low-cost student
registration rate (daily or full-week). Students will have the unique
opportunity to network with conservation professionals, identify new career
opportunities, share ideas with peers, and attend as many sessions as they
wish to learn, learn, learn!
