Call for Symposia and Workshop Proposals. Due: 10/16/2015

Submissions of symposia and workshop proposals are now being accepted! The
theme of the meeting will simply be "Landscape Change." With this simple
zen-like theme, we strive to capture the defining characteristic and the
inherent nature of our modern world in the Anthropocene epoch.

Symposia comprise a series of presentations that address aspects of a single
topic. Symposia will run concurrently with other technical sessions. Other
formats will be considered, such as a panel or a debate. Attendance is open to
all conference registrants.

  * Review the instructions for submitting a symposium proposal and preview

Workshops provide training on a specific skill, technique, or process and may
involve one or more instructors. Workshops are intended to emphasize learning
through participation, discussion, and "hands-on" activities. For this reason,
workshop organizers must specify an upper limit on attendance. Attendance at
workshops is by advance registration only, and a fee will be charged. Workshops
may be a full day or half day in length, and are scheduled for Sunday, April 3,
2016 (full day) and Tuesday, April 5, 2016 (half-day).
