Hello Everyone!

The Lemur Conservation Network (www.lemurconservationnetwork.org) is an entity
that brings
together over 40 organizations and research groups under one umbrella; our aim
to help
communicate the work that those organizations are doing on-the-ground in
Madagascar. We
know that one of the most crucial aspects of research and non-profit work is
networking...so we
are hoping to organize networking events (probably a happy hour of some type)
at several
conferences this summer in the US and in France.

If you are interested in lemurs or Madagascar AND are attending one of the
following
conferences, we would love to have you join us! The conferences where we are
trying to
organize casual networking meetups are:

1) American Society of Mammalogists meeting in Jacksonville, Florida (USA) on
June 12-16
2) American Society of Primatologists meeting in Bend, Oregon (USA) on June
17–20
3) International Congress for Conservation Biology (ICCB-ECCB 2015) conference
in Montpelier,
France from August 2-6

Please RSVP by May 10th to Kim Reuter at [email protected]. It's
totally OK if you're
RSVP is tentative; we're trying to get a sense for the demand for these
networking opportunities.
If five or more individuals/organizations/research groups are interested in
participating, we will
move forward with organizing a networking event.

Thanks and please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions!

Best,

Kim
