Hi Ecolog, I'm trying to find some basic information about the symposium mentioned in the introduction of the referenced paper ( http://www.jstor.org/stable/1961639): "The attempt to clarify the subject which follows was prepared after a lively and penetrating consideration of the matter by the participants in this symposium."
I'd simply like to know which symposium was this, where was it held, and who attended. If anyone has any information on the matter, I would be greatly appreciative.
