Eastern Illinois University (EIU) is recruiting highly motivated students
interested in pursuing Master’s programs in Geographic Information Sciences
(GISci). EIU has been a leader in interdisciplinary GISci programs with
students successfully employed as GISci professionals in multiple fields. EIU
offers a Professional Science Masters (PSM) in GISci see:
http://www.eiu.edu/psm/. EIU also offers a graduate certificate in GISci
through their Masters in Biological Sciences degree program, see:
http://www.eiu.edu/biology/gis_certificate.php as well as a GISci concentration
through their Masters in Business Administration (MBA) program,
see:http://www.eiu.edu/~mba/prospective_gis.php. In many cases, dual degree
programs are offered with our Masters in Science in Sustainable Energy program,
see http://castle.eiu.edu/energy/education.php . Graduate Assistantships in
some cases are available, although highly competitive. Requirements to each
program vary. Program director contact information and application
