ESA adopted a position on economic growth in 2009. Unfortunately, Obama did not. In the Huffington Post today, Brian Czech, President of the Center for the Advancement of the Steady State Economy (CASSE) describes Obama's shifting views on the impact of our economy on the environment. Senator Obama seemingly acknowledged the conflict between economic growth and environmental protection. President Obama quickly adopted a politically popular "win-win" rhetoric. Is it possible that he's now coming full circle?
