Not to sound like a party-pooper here, but what happens in 2016 when the many vacancies at NEON all end? Is it expected that these people will be converted to full time? I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering this as it seems like almost every vacancy advertised has been term ending in 2016! Malcolm
