Hello,

I recently collected data using HOBO 20L water depth loggers.

I want to answer two questions, for many different sites,

· is the maximum depth of the water column above the marsh platform the
same or is it different?

· Is the time of inundation the same or is it different?

Here is the setup for the data:

• Data were collected using a HOBO water depth logger

· All data were corrected for changes in air pressure with a HOBO
logger suspended above water

· Loggers were on the marsh platform for 7 days and 13 consecutive
tidal cycles

· Loggers logged every minute

HOBOs were placed at different marsh sites at the same time.

How do I analyze? Repeated measures? Calculate site differences among, for
example, water depths at 2 sites and assume independence of differences? I
look forward to your ideas.

Alan
