Sterling College, a small experiential and ecologically focused liberal arts college in Craftsbury Common, Vermont, invites applications for an adjunct faculty member to teach one section of Introduction to Climate Science in the Spring 2014 semester. The course is a 3-credit, 200-level classroom and field-based introduction to the science of climate change, including understanding greenhouse gas emissions, carbon cycling, climate, weather, ocean circulation, adaptation, climate modeling and projections. The course serves as a foundation to the Colleges Minor in Climate Justice.
