POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT: ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES - MARINE ECOLOGY
Position Summary: Gettysburg College invites applications for a one-year sabbatical replacement position at the rank of assistant professor in the Environmental Studies Department http://www.gettysburg.edu/academics/es/) to begin August, 2014. Qualifications: The successful candidate must have a PhD in marine ecology or related discipline, have a commitment to teaching in the liberal arts tradition, and have a willingness to involve undergraduate students in his or her research. The successful candidate will teach introductory courses to majors and non-majors, as well as upper level courses in his/her area of expertise.
