RANGELAND PLANT ECOPHYSIOLOGIST ASSISTANT PROFESSOR COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY
POSITION: Colorado State University is recruiting a Rangeland Plant Ecophysiologist at the rank of Assistant Professor (tenure track) who specializes in topics from the organismal to the community level. We seek a broadly trained individual who will address ecological and management questions regarding controls over growth, reproduction, survival, abundance, and geographical distribution of plants growing in grasslands and/or shrublands. Applications from those interested in the responses of vegetation to stressors (water, temperature, herbivory, etc) are especially encouraged. We seek someone who will develop a successful, innovative, independent and extramurally funded research program involving graduate and undergraduate students. The successful candidate will contribute to undergraduate and graduate teaching and curriculum development in the Forest and Rangeland Stewardship Department.
