Dear all,
You are invited to attend a workshop on Matrix Population Modeling, to
be held on 27-30 August, 2012 at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. The
workshop will be led by Dr. Jean-Dominique Lebreton and Dr. Christine
Hunter.
The workshop will cover the construction, analysis, and interpretation
of a range of model complexities. Deterministic models will be used to
provide a solid foundation for discussion of stochastic,
density-dependent, spatial model formulations. We will make extensive
use of hands-on exercises to reinforce concepts presented in the
workshop and there will be the opportunity for participants to work on
their own data.
The workshop fee is $500 for regular registrants and $250 for students.
