Hello, my name it's Kaleb and I have been trying to obtain a job in the park service through usajobs.com, to no avail. I am 4 credits away from a bachelors degree in environmental science, and have worked internships for the Bureau of Land Management and University of Minnesota. I have applied to park ranger jobs and I was passed up, which I understand. But then I started to apply to park guide jobs, which I saw a precursor to park ranger. Although my experience for this job is sufficient, my resume has not even been looked at by a real person yet. so I am looking for help and knowledge how to get my resume seen by the park service, or any suggestions of an entry level park service job would be greatly appreciated. My goal it's to become a park ranger and right now I can't seem to get past a terribly inhuman screening process. Thank you for your help.
