Dear Colleagues - I am looking for advice on preserving leaves for tissue
nutrient analysis. I will be in somewhat remote areas in Patagonian temperate
rainforest and will need to preserve and transport the leaves for up to 3 weeks
before they reach a lab. I don't anticipate being able to keep leaves cold or
having access to a drying oven, though I may have access to ordinary cooking
ovens. The leaves are mostly from evergreen trees. I'd appreciate hearing your
experiences doing this (what worked and didn't work), and would be happy to
summarize for the list.

Regards
John
