WWA is a respected statewide non-profit organization dedicated to the protection, restoration and enjoyment of wetlands. The desired candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience including fundraising, program development and oversight, and administration. * * *Position Summary* The Executive Director has overall responsibility for seeing that the association fulfills its mission. S/he will work under the general supervision of the Board of Directors and work with them to create and implement strategic plans. S/he will direct all aspects of day to day operations and will be responsible for overseeing the budget. To do all this, s/he must be able to identify and successfully pursue opportunities to obtain long-term financial support for the association’s programs.
