Field assistant needed for an ongoing study of the ecology of grassland small mammals in northern Colorado. Position will primarily involve live-trapping small mammals, but also collecting tissue samples and measuring vegetation and habitat characteristics.
Prior experience with small mammal live-trapping in a research setting is REQUIRED; experience with tissue sampling is highly desirable. Must be in good physical condition, good-natured, even under difficult field conditions, and have a valid driver's license.
