[ECOLOG-L] underwater cameras?

Does anyone have any advice or opinions on the best long term 
deployment underwater cameras? I am replacing an old camera at our 
pier. The camera sits, on average, in about 10 feet below the 
surface, around 15 ppt salinity and in low visibility water at the 
mouth of the Patuxent River where it meets the Chesapeake Bay. We use 
the camera for outreach and video is available on line and through 
the local marine museum. We don't have the bandwidth to send HD. If 
anyone has opinions on the best companies to purchase a camera 
through your advice would be greatly appreciate. Thanks
