[ECOLOG-L] Seeking input on Plant biology textbooks for non-majors

Dear all,

I teach an Introductory Plant Biology course for non-science majors  
and am looking to replace the textbook for next year.  The course  
covers the biology of plant from cells to ecosystems.

I would greatly appreciate any recommendations on good Plant Biology  
textbooks that would apply to a non-majors course.
