I was wondering if any of you guys have some advise on making housing
shelters for mice in outdoor enclosures.

The experiment we're doing involves catching wild mice and putting them in
25x25 ft. enclosures outside. Usually the mice will use holes in logs as
shelters but since the enclosures that are being used don't have that we'd
like to give them something else to use.

We're currently experimenting with a few different designs using PVC pipes
but I'm wondering if anyone out there has already tried some different
designs and knows what works well (or doesn't). This is in Texas, so it'll
be pretty hot during the summer so I'm guessing they'll need some
ventilation and a way to deal with flooding.

Thanks,
Jay
