Ricklefs' 2nd ed., as I recall, used a diagrammatic approach to tolerance/requirements ranges for habitats and species that has been of great help to me in many ways. Has this concept been built upon since then, and if so, how/where can I best update myself?
If it has been discarded, can anyone tell me why? WT
