The vegan package in R can calculate Morisita index. It is free but I am not sure that its is easy if you don't know R. The method is documented here: http://cc.oulu.fi/~jarioksa/softhelp/vegan/html/dispindmorisita.html Perhaps it would not be hard to calculate using a spreadsheet.
