Dear Ecologgers, I am looking for a simple/cheap photometric method for measuring total soluble sugars and storage polysaccharides in grass samples. I found it surprisingly difficult to find a straight forward and complete description of a suitable method. Could someone point me in the right direction? Many thanks, Susan Schwinning
