2009 Membership Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted journal delivery and access to other membership benefits, be sure to send in your renewal by December 31. Hard copy renewal forms have gone out by mail, but you can also access PDF versions from the “How to Join/Renew” section of www.esa.org/member_services/join_renew.php, or visit http://eservices.esa.org to renew online. If you require your login information or have any questions, please contact Membership Services prior to submitting payment. Also, don’t forget to spread the word to your colleagues in the life and environmental sciences who’ve been waiting for the right time to join. Student Section Poster Contest: Are you or do you know a current student interested in winning a free ESA membership, Annual Meeting registration, or an REI gift certificate? All it takes is a printer, a camera, and a bulletin board. Visit http://www.esa.org/students/section/?q=node/77 for details and entry materials. Hurry! Contest ends December 15. ESA on LinkedIn: With over 1100 members to date, our Facebook group has enjoyed so much success that we’ve decide to branch out. If your dues and e-mail address are up to date in our database, your request to join should automatically be approved.
