The registration deadline has been extended for two weeks (until
1-December-2008) for a workshop entitled, "An Introduction to R for
Biostatistics." The workshop is designed for those who already have some
familiarity with applied statistics, but wish to switch to the R
environment (e.g., from SAS). Anyone who must routinely handle, analyze,
and graph data for biological research would benefit from this workshop.
This is an all-day session to be held at Ohio University on Saturday,
20-December-2008. Registration fee is $300. Meals are included. More
