Hi, I am Elizabeth Hernandez, the public relations chair for the Southeastern Ecology an Evolution Conference. On behalf of SEEC, we were hoping you could send this notice out on your listserve or let your students know about this great opportunity to share and network with other undergrads, graduate students and postdocs in the science feilds.
Thank you for your time, Elizabeth Hernandez SAVE THE DATE The Southeastern Ecology and Evolution Conference (SEEC) will be holding its 6th meeting March 27-29, 2009 at the University of Florida in Gainesville. We are excited to be holding this meeting jointly with the 32nd annual Herpetology Conference. SEEC is a professional meeting where graduate students, undergraduate students, and postdocs share their research with their colleagues. Students and postdocs from schools in the southeast and/or conducting research in this region are welcome to attend. SEEC provides a fun, relaxed atmosphere where young scientists can present their work related to the fields of ecology and evolution. A call for abstracts will be issued in fall 2008, and a website with further details about the conference will be available later this month. If you have any questions about the conference, please contact us at [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thanks for your interest and we look forward to seeing you in Gainesville in March!
