internships and opportunities. Talk to your advisor today about
augmenting your undergraduate career with this unique experience.

The application is available online at: http://mccs.gmu.edu

The Smithsonian-Mason Semester is a resident, 16 credit program
in conservation studies for undergraduates at the
Smithsonian Conservation and Research Center in beautiful
Front Royal, Virginia. There you will learn from top experts in
Conservation and work with some of the most endangered species on
earth.

Past graduates of the program have gone on to internships with
a variety of agencies, including Smithsonian, Fish and Wildlife
Service, NGOs, International Exotic Animal Sanctuary, Fossil Rim
Wildlife Center, and others. One student wrote me recently that
she is completing an internship working with bears and
exotic cats and is looking forward to another working with canid
neonates and hoofstock.

Launch your career with this exciting program! Please email me
if you have any questions or would like a flier on our program.
I will be happy to work with your advisor to figure out how these
credits will apply to your degree program.

I hope to see you in Front Royal!
