Whitenton Group, Inc. will be providing a Hydric Soils Class on October 6- 7 in Houston, Texas. This is an intense, 2 day course designed for experienced wetland delineators with the desire (and need) to learn additional information about hydrology, soil taxonomy, chemistry, structure, and soil profile development as it relates to field indicators of hydric soils (e.g., horizons, matrix color, redoximorphic characteristics, concretions, and organic components). In addition, students will learn how to address disturbed and problem soils.
