Hi Folks: I need to compare Qst and Gst to determine the selectional pressure type of some weed populations. Literatures recommend to calculate by bootstrapping approach to obtain the uncertainty range so that the bias can be minimized. Here I hope to check you folks which software to do that? I have plant physiology background so I do not intend to dig deep in the theory, but only hope to get some quick solution on this technical issue. By the way, I also did ANOVA analysis on the quantitative traits and some of them have to be transformed. In this case, should I use transformed data or raw data to calculation Qst?
