Dear Ecolog-ers,
I am interested to know if anyone has any favorite, or well tested,
methods for monitoring rock-dwelling lichens and mosses? I haven't
seen anything in the National Park Service Inventory & Monitoring
protocols about this, and I am hoping to find something useful to help
natural resource managers inventory and monitor moss and lichen
populations in a high elevation ecosystem (Mauna Kea) in Hawaii.
